After a successful pilot workshop last November to empower manufacturers with practical insights around 2D barcoding, Australian manufacturing’s trusted advisor Matthews held two further workshops in late March.
These free sessions, run at WOW-Primary Connect DCsin Brisbane and Sydney, were again highly successful, with strong attendance from leading Australian manufacturers who were eager to explore data-embedded barcoding for supply-chain efficiency and compliance. Despite the challenge of rescheduling around ex-Cyclone Alfred in Brisbane, both workshops saw enthusiastic participation, with 25 attendees in Brisbane alone.
Mark Dingley, CEO of Matthews Australasia, emphasised the workshops’ role in supporting manufacturers.
“These events are part of our commitment to helping businesses navigate the transition to 2D barcodes confidently.”
Feedback highlighted the value of hands-on learning and tailored advice for individual operational needs.
A heartfelt thank you to all attendees – your engagement underscores the industry’s readiness for innovation.
Matthews ran two highly successful 2D barcode workshops in Sydney and Brisbane in March, and will run similar 2DB demonstrations at FoodTech Qld.
For those who missed the workshops, Matthews will bring the same expertise to FoodTech Qld, featuring live demos and one-on-one consultations on integrating 2D barcodes.
Mark said, “It’s another chance to see how this technology can transform your business.”
FoodTech Qld is on from 19-20 June 2025, on the Gold Coast.
