Next Generation Pet Foods approached Matthews to assist in printing date and batch codes onto their products efficiently and easily. The Matthews solution, was to use a range of technology to print information onto generic packaging using Thermal Transfer Overprinting, along with using Inkjet technology to print date and batch codes. With the help of this technology they are now able to enter new products into the market within 24 hours, without needing large amounts of packaging equipment.
