Jim Tanner began his career as a grain grower and beef producer in outback Queensland. When he started Jim’s Jerky he knew that the Woolworths standards for food suppliers were an important tool to help ensure his business complied with all product safety, coding and traceability requirements.
In the early days Jim’s team packed and labelled product by hand.
